What is Talqer?

Talqer is a software application that converts the PC into a telephone and allows the user to place calls to any telephone in the world.  Google Talk is easy to use and simple tool.  The source code of GTalk is freely available and it is an open standard. The voice quality offered by GTalk is acceptable but customers cannot use to call people who are not online.

Talqer allows the users to send a message to all Skype Contacts along with a link back to the Talqer website.
