In this feature, customer is recognized by their CallerID and then call is connected by Comfi. For those customers whose CallerID are restricted, they need to dial *82 to unblock it before making a call. Customers should save these local numbers as their contacts on the phone.

With Comfi web call, the validity period of the calling card is six months from last refill and there is 15% service tax and surcharges imposed on the customers.

SMS-Call

Customers can also update their ‘Forward To’ number at any point in their account/personal toll free service.
Customers can give their personal toll free number along with extension to their family, friends & business associates. The caller needs to dial personal toll free number and enters the extension. The call is forwarded to the customer’s registered number. For the customers in USA and Canada, the calling party enjoy the convenience of dialling 800 numbers plus extension to make a call.
