3Com 3103 Manager Phone is the first Gigabit telephone by 3Com that allows the business professionals to use increase their productivity with powerful features and an remarkably informative user interface.  It makes use of advanced acoustics technology and ergonomics-inspired design that assists the user to manage their operations with convenience and leads to increased productivity.  This phone comprises of full duplex speakerphone that enables hands-free conversations among the users.

User can enjoy wideband audio technology design that offers high-clarity audio handset as well as headset attachments. This multiline phone provides a large 320 x 120-pixel display for optimum performance. This LCD display is supported by 10 soft keys and a four way cursor control.  It also allows the user to get the various call details including call duration and contacts information. In addition to this, user can also access account codes via large display or other programmable feature buttons.

The 3Com 3103 model comes with two switched 10/100/1000 ports that permits gigabit-speed network connectivity. It allows the user to easily move a phone by plugging it into a network port at a different location.  When a user moves a phone, his personal settings, directory entries, and voice mail also gets relocated at new place.
